ACSR Wires

We are manufacturer of a wide range of ACSR Core Wires.We produce high quality Core wire for ACSR conductors as per IS 398 Part II:1996 from hard-drawn galvanized steel wires. It is drawn from high carbon steel rods produced by open hearth process, electric furnace or basic oxygen process. The zinc used for galvanizing is electrolyte high grade zinc not less than 99.95 percent purity.
The High Tensile Galvanized Steel wire may be supplied as single wire or in seven wire strand. Our ACSR wires are well established in various segments in India:
Applications:
Used in over head transmission line asprimary and secondary distribution conductors. These wires are used for Mechanical reinforcement in the manufacturing of Aluminium Conductors, Steel Reinforced (ACSR).
